These are competitive teams that will compete against other Leagues in our District.  We anticipate one or two practices per month, and one tournament per month.  Tournament locations will vary, and dates are TBD.

 

The Majors and 10U teams will NOT compete against each other, although they may compete in separate tournaments in the same location on the same day.  

 

We anticipate having a pool of up to 20 players for each team, with rosters for each tournament varying depending on player availability.  Participation on a District Travel team MUST be secondary to participation on their regular season GDLL team.  

 

Team cost will be a $25 registration fee per player; in return, players will receive a shirt and hat.  Each player will also pay $20 per tournament to cover the cost of game balls and umpires.  

 

Coaches and GDLL board members will be available at Saturday's tryouts to answer questions about the District Travel Program.
